Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro in Spring, Texas. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, along with strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and excellent communication abilities. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY services.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
