A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in South Carolina to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive systems, strong selling skills, and a proven history in customer service. Responsibilities include managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and ensuring store cleanliness. 3-5 years of automotive experience is preferred. Valid driver's license required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
