Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and service to DIY customers in-store and by phone. The role emphasizes parts identification, inventory handling, and high standards of customer care.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE P2 certification preferred. Availability on days, evenings, and weekends is required for success.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties
• Assist in store inventory processes
• Store cleanliness and maintenance
• Provide DIY services including battery/testing and wiper installs
