Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert DIY assistance, advanced parts identification, and high‑level customer service in our store. The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong knowledge of store systems and inventory processes.

ASE certification is preferred. You will handle in‑store sales, DIY services, stock replenishment, and safe opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to operate POS and inventory systems
• Excellent customer service and communication

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
