Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and essential parts knowledge. You will utilize store systems, diagnose basic automotive needs, and assist customers in person and by phone.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining store standards, and handling key holder duties. ASE certification is preferred, with 3–5 years of parts experience and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Past sales experience in a retail auto parts environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety manuals.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including open/close tasks.
