A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro in Rockford, Michigan. This role requires expertise in automotive systems and part sales, along with strong customer service skills. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and 3-5 years of automotive parts experience. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
