A leading automotive parts retailer in Michigan is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert automotive knowledge. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will have prior automotive parts experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position requiring a valid driver's license and an ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
