Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert product knowledge and efficient service. You will handle parts lookup, assist in-store inventory, and perform basic DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.

We value strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends. A valid driver's license is required and ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder duties (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
