Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer located in Appomattox, Virginia, is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and strong sales abilities. Responsibilities include providing customer service, achieving sales goals, and managing DIY services. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and be able to effectively communicate with customers. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
