Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Virginia is looking for a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position requires advanced automotive knowledge and sales skills to assist DIY customers effectively. Responsibilities include sales support, inventory management, and customer service. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong organizational skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
