Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a full-time sales professional in Forest City, NC. This role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and part knowledge, as well as proven sales ability. Key responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, managing store services, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and effective communication skills. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
