Job description

Adlai E Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a full-time 10 month Division Assistant for the Multilingual Learning Division for the 2025-2026 school year.

The job goal is to support the Division of Multilingual Learning in the effective and efficient functioning of all facets of the operation of the office and job-related duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing and file management for documents including confidential records; working with the Director, Assistant Director, and Director's Assistant to support teachers; facilitating communication with students, teachers, and the community, as well as long-term projects.Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Estimated start date: 08/06/2025

Daily Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain professional confidentiality of information
Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community
Work productively in an active environment.
Engage with students, staff, and parents
Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive atmosphere in the office

Qualifications:

High School or college degree
Knowledge of office technology and procedures
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs preferred

Salary:
SSSA Agreement (all support staff positions at Stevenson High School shall be paid no less than $17.75/hour). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
