Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Position

BAYADA Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a float RN role supporting our North Carolina home health offices. This Divisional Float Registered Nurse will provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis across the triad area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN.
• Experience with home health visits and OASIS required.
• Current RN license in NORTH CAROLINA.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with EMR experience preferred.

Position Details

This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call duties required. Assignments may be in any of the following offices and their service areas:

• Davidson County - Thomasville, NC
• Forsyth County - Winston-Salem, NC
• Guilford County - Greensboro, NC
• Person County - Roxboro, NC

Responsibilities

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Perform home visits and medical duties including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
3. Monitor and report client condition changes.
4. Document all care activities accurately using electronic devices.
5. Coordinate case management and follow doctors' orders.
