Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in California seeks a Divisional Finance Director to lead the finance function for a Direct Line Division, shaping growth by defining key initiatives, guiding people and processes, and ensuring compliant financial reporting.

You will partner with the Division Leadership Team, manage complex contractual obligations, drive transformation, and align finance with operations and client initiatives to deliver measurable performance improvements.

About the Role

As a CBRE Divisional Finance Director, you will be the finance leader for a Direct Line Divisional and oversee all of its financial responsibilities. You will contribute to the Division's growth plan by setting and delivering key initiatives, leading people and processes, engaging closely with customers, and governing the company's financial reporting and compliance requirements. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function, which maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Working closely with the Division Leadership Team, you will identify, analyze and implement ways to improve business performance. You will add value to decision making and help develop and implement the divisional and company business plan.

Buy-in from the Division Leadership Team is critical to your success. So is a deep understanding of the Division and its customers, combined with consistent application of finance processes and procedures.
