Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division Quality Manager to lead the quality function across our electronics division. You will establish and optimize the QMS, drive continual improvement, and ensure supplier and internal quality meet stringent standards.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires multi-site leadership in a large manufacturing environment with a focus on electronics manufacturing and compliance with IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of progressive quality leadership, with at least 3 years in a multi-site quality department.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing; multi-site leadership required.
• Preferred: CMQ/OE, CQE, Six Sigma, or IPC-A-610 certification.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, ERP systems, and root-cause tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality function and sustain lean culture across the division.
• Establish and optimize a full ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals and market needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier/customer quality programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams on DFM, quality planning, and audits.
