The Division Quality Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the division’s quality function while sustaining a strong quality philosophy and lean culture. This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimizing an effective quality management system that supports organizational goals, customer expectations, stakeholder requirements, and competitive market standards. The incumbent develops and implements quality plans that drive performance, improve product and service quality, and support continual improvement across the division. This includes leading the application of ISO 9001 requirements, problem-solving tools, prevention‑based quality methods, quality‑at‑the‑source practices, and lean continuous improvement techniques. The Division Quality Manager also serves as the Management Representative for the division’s Quality Management System.
