Job summary

Purple Land Management, LLC is seeking a Division Order Analyst / Land Tech in Midland, Texas to maintain ownership and division order records, review ownership documents, and process changes. The role requires Enertia experience and strong data management skills to support oil & gas operations in the Permian Basin.

The ideal candidate will handle ownership discrepancies, coordinate with land, accounting and operations teams, and contribute to reporting and data management efforts while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in division order and land tech
• Experience maintaining ownership records and land data
• Proficiency with Enertia and land systems/databases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Eligible to work permanently in the United States
• Permian Basin oil & gas land administration experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership and division order records
• Review deeds, probate documents, assignments, and other ownership instruments
• Process ownership changes and transfers
• Research and resolve ownership discrepancies
• Support division order and land administration functions
• Maintain accurate land and ownership databases
• Assist with reporting and data management activities
• Coordinate with land, accounting, and operations teams
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of ownership records
• Support special projects and client requests as needed
