• Experience with data management systems (e.g., LandVantage, TRDI, Quorum, P2 Land, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• DO setup, maintenance, and ownership changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve escalated ownership issues and landowner disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting, Land Operations, and Land Administration teams.
• Support acquisition and divestiture opportunities during negotiation, diligence, and integration cycles.
• Assist with audits, litigation, A&D and other third-party inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure ownership data integration throughout workflows and systems.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
