Job Description

• Maintains relationships with clinical partners to provide required student documentation for clinical placement compliance and student onboarding purposes.
• Communicates effectively with faculty, students, and staff to maintain compliance for required clinical placement documentation.
• Collects, maintains, monitors, and updates program and student clinical information via databases/software programs/LMS
• Assists with monitoring of student clinical hours and clinical faculty activity for regulatory and accreditation purposes.
• Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of clinical partner agreements.
• Assists with clinical orientation facilitation, and process evaluation.
• Maintain Centralized Clinical Placement Grid (CCP) and represent college at all CCP and WMNC Clinical Requirement meetings
• Attends faculty meetings as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned by Dean, Director, or Assistant Directors
  
  

Requirements

Required Degree(s): Associate's degree in related field

Preferred Degree(s): Bachelor's Degree in related field

Required Field of Expertise: 1-3 years' work experience as an administrative assistant
