What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute human capital strategies in partnership with Corporate HR and leadership
- Analyze metrics related to performance, attrition, hiring, and employee engagement to influence business decisions
- Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance with employment laws
- Drive solutions for employee relations while fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that ensure compliance and reduce legal liability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business; Master’s degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in an Employee Relations or Human Resources management role, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, employee relations best practices, and union avoidance strategies
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data and devise effective solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and HRIS databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Experience with accreditation organizations such as JCAHO and CARF
- Demonstrated experience in change management related to acquisitions and start-up sites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
