Job summary

IFP Motion Solutions in Kansas City is seeking a Division Manager to coordinate an outside sales group across Kansas locations. You will establish and maintain vendor and supplier relationships while driving new business development to build a robust client base.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will supervise sales staff, set performance goals, and represent the firm at community events and professional trade shows. The salary aligns with experience and competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in industrial sales and supervising staff.
• Must be highly skilled in dealing with high pressure situations, a wide range of clients, and sensitive information.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
