Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full‑time collegiate volleyball coaching experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing student athletes.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with a history of compliance and integrity.
• Commitment to academic success and personal development of student athletes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass NCAA recruiting certification and a background check.
• Valid driver's license with travel capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct practices, training sessions, film study, and game-day strategy.
• Establish a culture rooted in accountability, discipline, work ethic, and team unity.
• Develop competitive non-conference schedules balancing development, RPI/NET considerations, budget, travel, and class time.
• Coordinate with strength and conditioning and sports medicine staff on year‑round training, injury prevention, recovery, and return‑to‑play plans.
• Build and manage rosters within NCAA and University limits, including scholarship allocation and retention planning.
• Lead fundraising, community engagement, and program visibility through camps, clinics, and partnerships.
