Job summary

Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a Division Head of Pediatric Urology to lead the Division within the Department of Surgery and Lurie Children's Hospital. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, scholarly activity, and education across sites in Chicago.

The inaugural chair historic endowed position will support strategic growth, faculty development, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a negotiable start date.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent; MD/PhD welcomed.
• Board certification in Urology by ABU.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Urology.
• Eligibility for unrestricted Illinois medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide divisional leadership across strategic, clinical, research and education domains.
• Oversee pediatric urology clinical services across multiple sites and ensure outcomes meet benchmarks.
• Recruit, develop, retain, and mentor faculty; support promotion-readiness.
