The University of Washington Department of Pediatrics invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor to serve as Division Head of Pediatric Dermatology, with an anticipated start date of July 2027. The appointee will join our faculty on a full-time basis for a continuous academic/twelve-month appointment and lead clinical, teaching, and scholarly activities.

The base salary range is $37,226 - $54,678 per month ($446,712 - $656,136 annually), with

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Pediatric Dermatology preferred or eligible.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington state required; H-1B sponsorship possible for foreign grads.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and leadership for the Division of Dermatology.
• Lead faculty development, recruitment and retention.
• Oversee division finances including budget review and salary negotiations.
• Coordinate clinical operations across sites and ensure high-quality care.
• Promote scholarship and quality improvement within the division.
