You will identify personnel across divisions to optimize resources, participate in cross-competency work processes, and guide sound position management. The position offers a competitive federal benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Promote sound position management including definition of skills and abilities required to execute workload, development and implementation of staffing plans, and development of position descriptions.
• Identify personnel available to other divisions where appropriate workload is insufficient to fully support the resources.
• Participate in development of work processes where cross-competency interaction is required.
