NAVAIR is seeking a Supervisory Program Manager (Branch Head) within the Trainer Aircraft Programs/Airborne Electronic Attack Support Equipment Branch at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. The role leads a team within the Support Equipment Department, PEO(T), and JSF SE Division, directing program planning, staffing, and execution.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, identifying training needs, mentoring staff, and interviewing candidates for unit

• Plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.
• Set and adjust short-term priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
• Identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
• Give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
• Interview candidates for positions in the unit; recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment.
