The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery seeks an accomplished academic otologist/neurotologist to serve as Division Director. This role leads a premier program with a strong skull base and cochlear implant portfolio, and extensive opportunities for clinical innovation and scholarly growth.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required with eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
• Proven scholarly record with peer‑reviewed publications.
• Fellowship in otology/neurotology and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the division, including mentorship and recruitment.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical otology/neurotology care and skull base surgery.
• Foster translational research, outcomes studies, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Contribute to resident, fellow, and medical student education.
