Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent).
• Sustained record of scholarly publications.
• Fellowship training in otology/neurotology.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Division of Otology, Neurotology, and Cranial Base Surgery.
• Lead faculty recruitment, program development, and scholarly initiatives.
• Oversee clinical care, education, and research within a large tertiary program.
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration and translational research.
