HCA Graduate Medical Education (GME) is the largest sponsor of residency and fellowship training programs across the nation, with over 300 programs across more than 60 hospitals. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of physicians through patient-centered, evidence-based medical education.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations, strategic planning, and management of GME programs within the division.
  • Ensure accreditation compliance and readiness, working with facilities for reviews and audits.
  • Develop and manage new and existing residency and fellowship programs.
  • Lead and supervise GME staff, manage budgets, and ensure program quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and external agencies to support GME initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in healthcare or medical education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in graduate medical education or managing complex healthcare programs.
