Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Division Controller with a company that is in major growth mode. There is a lot of opportunity for growth! This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. Duties:

• Division Controller will serve as the financial leader for an operational division, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with ASC606
• Oversee project-level financials including billing, cash flow, cost reviews, and change order approvals
• Deliver timely and insightful financial reports across diverse contract types and scopes
• Partner with senior leadership to review financial results, trends, and performance metrics
• Drive improvements in financial outcomes and operational decision-making
• As a Division Controller, you will manage division-wide financial responsibilities including A/R, unbilled revenue, capital spending, and profitability analysis
• Support monthly operating reports and scorecards
• Present financial insights to varied audiences and contribute to strategic planning
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Must be systems savvy
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Manufacturing or construction industry preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
