Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional accounting operations (payables, receivables, fixed assets, debt, general ledger).
• Manage month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance across the division.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management highlighting trends and risks.
• Assist with external audits, reviews or compilations as applicable.
• Coordinate sales/use and other tax filings with internal staff.
• Provide cash flow and working capital reporting to support operations and strategy.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting/finance team with clear roles and performance expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Essential Duties

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Assists with external financial audits, reviews or compilations, as applicable.
• Oversee tax-related processes, including coordination of sales/use, and other tax filings with internal staff.
• Provide cash flow and working capital reporting to support operational and strategic needs.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor the accounting/finance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
