We are looking for a Division Commercial Planning Manager to lead bottoms-up planning and activation for our distributor markets. This role will ensure alignment with national brand plans, program and brand KPIs, budget priorities and execution to drive clear insights and optimization for future market plans and activities.

Main Responsibilities

The Division Commercial Planning Manager will lead key in-year program and tactic planning for focus markets. Own cross-functional alignment process, meetings and follow-ups for brand, division marketing, commercial teams and distributor. They will be responsible for development of commercial activity KPIs (annual and programmatic) and setting of KPI targets for focus markets. Ensure commercial team, brand and Exec alignment for all KPIs and targets. Own monthly KPI/target tracking and reporting for focus markets. They will develop and maintain exceptional distributor relationships in order to drive tight alignment on annual and programmatic plans. They will also collaborate with division marketing to ensure effective activity plan activation and local marketing planning is consistent with brand strategies and priorities.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to have 3+ years of experience in commercial planning, brand, trade marketing, regional or divisional marketing and/or sales capacity in liquor or consumer packaged goods industry; with a strong understanding of the 3-tier US liquor regulatory environment. They will be a thought leader with strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Candidate will be expected to give compelling and insightful presentations, and demonstrate the ability to successfully work cross-functionally, while at the same time have a strong ability to work independently.

Additional Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience; working on the supplier side will be highly valued.
  • A proven track record of developing working relationships and a strong business acumen.
  • Strong budgeting background
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Advanced influencing skills and account management capabilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills and good analysis skills
  • Ability to manage difficult, complex markets and achieve business objectives
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excessive travel might be necessary, occasionally requiring air travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
