Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Division Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine within the Department of Pediatrics. The role aims to elevate the division to national prominence through clinical, educational, and research excellence across Indiana and the Midwest.

The Chief will drive program growth, mentorship, and collaboration with IU School of Medicine, Riley Hospital for Children, and affiliated facilities, fostering innovative, team-based care and high-impact pediatric

Qualifications

• Doc/terminal degree required (MD/DO/MD-PhD).
• Academic credentials for Associate Professor or Professor on clinical-educator or tenure track.
• Code of licensure: eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Leadership experience in academic medicine.

Responsabilités

• Advance the clinical, educational, and research efforts and capabilities of the Division.
• Promote academic careers of Pediatric Hospitalist faculty and fellows.
• Direct continuing delivery of state-of-the-art pediatric hospitalist care to Indiana and Midwest.
• Champion team-based clinical care and value-based care systems.
• Provide leadership to support collaboration and growth of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program.
• Strengthen development of the Pediatric Hospitalist Fellowship.
• Promote pediatric hospital medicine research, quality improvement, and clinical advances.
• Explore wide collaboration and research opportunities.
