Qualifications

• Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Pediatric Cardiology and eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated leadership and academic credentials at an approved institution.
• Ability to mentor faculty and trainees and to develop multidisciplinary programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the Division of Pediatric and Congenital Cardiology.
• Set strategic direction, oversee clinical, education, and research programs.
• Recruit, retain, and mentor faculty and staff; foster collaboration.
• Align division goals with MGB Heart and Vascular Institute and Mass General Brigham.
