• Provide strategic, clinical, and academic leadership for the division.
• Oversee a high-acuity inpatient service and expansive outpatient network.
• Recruit, mentor, and promote faculty; foster career development.
• Expand educational programs for students, residents, and fellows.
• Lead program development and regional outreach for congenital heart care.
• Represent the division in national societies and multicenter initiatives.
