Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine seeks an Associate or Full Professor in the non-tenure clinician track to serve as Division Chief of Cardiac Anesthesiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have an MD, ABA certification with subspecialty in Pediatric Anesthesiology, and Pennsylvania licensure.

Responsibilities include clinical anesthesia in the Cardiac ORs and other locations, mentoring faculty, and leading division expansion in CHOP

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• ABA certification with subspecialty in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pennsylvania licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical anesthesia and Medical direction in Cardiac Operating Rooms and other locations at CHOP.
• Lead division operations and coordinate with enterprise leaders to optimize clinical operations.
• Mentor faculty and staff in the division to promote career advancement and academic growth.
