Tufts Medical Center is seeking a Chief of the Division of Cardiac Surgery to lead clinical and academic programs. The role involves overseeing adult cardiac surgery, particularly valvular surgery, and mentoring future surgeons. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.
Tufts Medical Center and its CardioVascular Center are seeking a Chief of the Division of Cardiac Surgery. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership skills to support and drive the growth of the clinical and academic programs of the Division.
Primary clinical responsibilities will include the broad spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, ideally with a special emphasis on valvular surgery. The recruited surgeon will have ample opportunities to establish and/or grow a robust practice and advance his/her career. As Division Chief, the leader will have significant responsibility for quality, efficiency and the fiduciary performance of the Division, working with the Chief Physician Executive of the CardioVascular Center to establish goals and strategic priorities.

Compensation:
Tufts Medical Center offers a competitive salary commensurate with training and practice experience. A faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine will be offered commensurate with academic qualifications.
