Drive Strategic Business Performance Across One of Edward Jones' Most Important Business Segments

Partnering with senior leaders across the Wealth and Field Management organization, you'll transform business and financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy, guide investment decisions, and improve performance. You will lead critical business review processes, performance reporting, and planning activities that help leaders understand what is working, identify opportunities for growth, and allocate resources to the areas with the greatest impact.
In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to establish ambitious goals, measure progress, and drive accountability for results. You'll also influence multi-year business planning efforts, helping leaders navigate tradeoffs, prioritize investments, and accelerate profitable growth. If you're energized by solving complex business challenges, partnering with executive leaders, and using data to drive meaningful outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the firm.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
