Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Division Accountant to join our finance team in Texas. You will manage month-end close, GL, reconciliations, and financial statements for assigned divisions, helping ensure accuracy and compliance across healthcare operations.

This role supports the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems while upholding our guiding principles and commitment to patient care, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two (2) years healthcare accounting experience preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle month end close, general ledger, reconciliation and analysis, and prepare financial statements for assigned business units and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the implementation, support and maintenance of financial management applications.
• Align practices with the organization’s Guiding Principles in daily work.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
