Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for its Dividend department in New York. You will support daily workflow, enter data into the FINET system, and apply debits and credits with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or higher, 3–5 years of dividends experience, and strong MS Office skills. A college degree in business, finance, accounting, or math is a plus, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dividends experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter applicable departmental data into FINET system.
• Apply debits and credits to daily work.
• Audit data coding for the department and take corrective action.
• Maintain files and records; work with records management vendors.
• Perform basic bookkeeping for pledges and releases.
• Other functions and tasks as assigned.
