GENERAL FUNCTION: This role is the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests related to their solar and home improvement loans. It requires professionalism and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.

Responsible for risk management by following policies, elevating concerns, and ensuring positive customer experiences. Identifies, assesses, manages, monitors, and reports risks while achieving results within the bank’s risk appetite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and determine caller needs
  • Assist customers with questions about solar systems or loans
  • Address payment and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Verify customer identities
  • Document interactions with detailed notes
  • Follow all Dividend policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends; remote work possible (local to San Diego, CA)
  • At least six months recent call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and provide accurate, efficient service
  • Excellent communication and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently
