You'll support the Americas Head of DEI and work on a variety of projects to drive the regional strategy aligned to the global strategy. You will engage with employee resource groups (ERGs), partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, and the global DEI team.

What You'll Do
  • Actively support the ERGs in the execution of their strategies including managing activities, budget, invoices, and membership reporting
  • Increase collaboration across ERGs in the region including utilization and expansion of the ERG Playbook and best practice guides
  • Support the measurement of DEI and ERG impact
  • Support proactive knowledge sharing related to DEI across HR using data and research
  • Serve as an SME/go-to-person on certain DEI dimensions
  • Coordination of and input into relevant benchmarks, indices, award submissions and regulatory submissions
Skills You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Moderate years of experience in DEI and/or Human Resources in global, matrixed corporate organizations

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Data interpretation; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $120,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
