Emergence Health Network is seeking a Diversion Center Program Manager to oversee the graveyard shift and supervise non-medical staff supporting crisis respite services 24/7. The role emphasizes trauma-informed leadership, policy implementation, and coordination with crisis partners.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and data-driven improvements in service delivery while reporting to the Director of Extended Observation Unit.

Provides administrative oversight to all the non-medical Diversion Center and the Extended Observation Unit staff on the graveyard shift. Promotes a work environment that encourages teamwork.The Diversion Center Program Manager is responsible for implementation, administration, management, supervision, and policies and procedures that enable individuals to access Crisis Respite services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The administrator manages day-to-day functions of the Diversion Center and Extended Observation Unit. Responsibilities include program(s) implementation, management, supervision, and enforcement of policies and procedures that enable consumers access appropriate services as needed.
This class works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings. This position reports directly to the Director of Extended Observation Unit.
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or related behavioral field; supplemented by three (3) years of direct casework/case management or crisis hotline experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience with trauma-informed services; cognitive behavioral therapies, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); and motivational therapies including the use of incentives, preferred.
Knowledge of trauma-informed theories, principals, and practices (includes multi-faceted understanding of concepts such as community trauma, intergenerational and historical trauma, parallel processes, and universal precautions), preferred.
Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.
