Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in custodial/janitorial work in a school or industrial setting.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Board of Education may require additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Access all areas of District facilities, including classrooms, gym, library, and offices.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Lift at least 50 lbs, up to 75 lbs for equipment.
• Remove/shovel snow, cut grass, and maintain grounds.
• Work cooperatively with students, staff, and the public.
