Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Title 1 Schools require Highly Qualified Status via an Associate's Degree or two years of college, Bachelor degree or Paraeducator II certification from NH DOE.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Paraeducator supports curriculum implementation and testing preparation.
• Pre-School Paraeducator assists with developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers.
• Technical Paraeducator helps students with assignments using classroom materials and technology.
• District Wide Special Education Paraeducator assists with IEP goals and student needs, including health-related tasks.
