Job summary

Del Valle Independent School District seeks a Professional Learning Coordinator to lead and facilitate the district’s professional development programs, coordinate calendars, and manage Del Valle University operations.

You will work with district administrators and teachers to implement NTSS, support new teacher induction, and drive staff development through data-driven coaching and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in education or related field.
• Valid Texas Teacher certification is required.
• Certified T-TESS appraiser or eligibility within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Leads district-wide professional development and calendars.
• Coordinates Del Valle University offerings and NTSS collaboration.
• Supports new teacher induction and coaching programs.
• Collaborates with Human Resources on PD needs and implementation.
• Maintains data, reports, and program effectiveness.
