Job summary

Del Valle Independent School District Central Administration - Department of Curriculum & Instruction in Del Valle, Texas seeks a Professional Learning Coordinator to lead district professional development programs, coordinate Del Valle University, and assist with the NTSS teacher support system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum development and district PD
• Experience with NTSS or similar support systems
• Ability to analyze student achievement data
• Ability to prepare written summaries and maintain records
• Ability to work collaboratively with district and community partners
• Knowledge of Special Education, Dyslexia, and ELLs

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates professional development programs district-wide
• Facilitates Del Valle University activities
• Coordinates NTSS program training with HR
• Provides materials and resources to content area teachers
• Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation
• Communicates program goals and progress to stakeholders
• Collaborates with curriculum coordinators on alignment of calendars
• Maintains confidential information and records
