Job summary

Bonneville County is seeking a District Treatment Court Coordinator to plan, direct and coordinate district treatment court programs under Idaho guidelines. The role involves managing operations, developing policies, reviewing participant progress, and coordinating services across treatment providers and courts.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain case files, and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, criminology or related area.
Five years progressively responsible experience; two years in supervisory/lead capacity.
Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, coordinate and direct the operations of assigned treatment court programs.
Develop policies and procedures in line with statewide guidelines and local needs.
Coordinate participant admission and maintain case management information.
Attend team staffing meetings and court hearings to report participant progress.
Coordinate treatment services and community resources across providers.
Develop cooperative working relationships with court personnel, prosecutors and law enforcement.
Collect and evaluate information for reports to Idaho Supreme Court.
Oversee drug testing, treatment authorizations and provider quality control.
Monitor budgets, fee collection, grants and financial reporting.
Identify training needs and support local steering committees.
