Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across multiple stores in the district. You will support pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and step in for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.

You will actively participate in pharmacist-led clinical care services, immunizations, and collaboration with the broader healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following procedures and guarding safety at all workstations.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Coach the pharmacy team to provide compassionate patient care and resolve insurance issues.
