Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the onboarding lifecycle to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support our clients.

You will coordinate interviews, support ongoing education, and plan open houses and career fairs, contributing to a high-performing culture with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent or higher.

About the Role

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date

Required Qualifications
